Purchased entrance tickets can be refunded at the initiative of a citizen or a legal entity no later than one calendar day before the cultural and entertainment event. At the same time, 75% of the cost of the entrance ticket is compensated to the citizen or legal entity who returned the entrance ticket.
In the event of a change in the composition of participants in a cultural and entertainment event, cancellation, change of time or venue of the cultural and entertainment event, a citizen or a legal entity has the right to return the entrance ticket and receive monetary compensation for the cost of the entrance ticket in full within 10 calendar days after the date of the event.
In case of return of the entrance ticket, the organizer of the cultural and entertainment event is obliged to pay monetary compensation to the citizen or legal entity for the cost of the entrance ticket no later than 7 calendar days from the date of submission of the application for payment of monetary compensation.
Payment of monetary compensation for the cost of an entrance ticket purchased by wire transfer is carried out to the bank account of a citizen or a legal entity.
