She is a graduate of the Vitebsk State Musical College named after I.I. Sollertinsky (1996) and the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts (2001), a graduate of the Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov. Elena Pavlenkova has been working at the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic since February 2009.

The vocalist has a lyrical soprano, a light, flying voice of brilliant timbre. Voice data allows the artist to successfully perform works by classics, Soviet-era composers and modern authors.

Elena Pavlenkova has solo programs in her creative piggy bank: the debut concert dedicated to Valentine's Day (2010), concerts "Love, and Song, and Spring" (2011), "It was Spring" (2013), "Under the sky of Paris" (2015). In February 2019, a solo concert "Monologue of a Woman" was held, dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the artist's creative activity. In 2021, solo concerts "Without lighting a Fire" and a joint solo concert with Tatiana Movley "Journey to Paris" took place. In addition to solo programs, the singer often performs in tandem with Oksana. Novikova Street. The result of their creative union were such programs as "You will remember me someday", "5 minutes long in life", "Ah, this evening", "Good mood", a concert dedicated to Alexandra Pakhmutova and other programs.

Due to her charm and artistry, Elena Pavlenkova is in great demand in programs for children. The singer takes part in many children's productions: "The Stories of Philotheus the Cat", "The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and his Friends", "The Golden Chicken", "Mr. Mole learns the World", in organ music programs for children "Royal Journey" and "Space Journey", as well as in annual New Year's tales.

The singer is a regular participant in the project for expectant mothers "Weaving a soul out of notes" and the lecture-concert series "Ad Libitum", collaborates with the octet of balalaika "Vitebsk Virtuosi" and the Symphony Orchestra of the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic, and also participates in organ concerts. He regularly participates in solo concerts of other Philharmonic artists: Julietta Tarakhchyan, Oksana Novikova.

In November 2020, Elena Pavlenkova became the winner of the III degree of the International Vocal Competition named after M.K. Tenisheva.
