The sopranos
A graduate of the Vitebsk State College of Music named after I.I. Sollertinsky (1993) and the Belarusian State Academy of Music (2002), she has been working at the Vitebsk Regional Philharmonic since graduation.
She has a lyrical soprano voice with a soft silvery timbre. The singer's repertoire includes works by Russian and foreign composers, old romances, folk songs, excerpts from operettas, and songs by modern composers.
He performs accompanied by a symphony orchestra, an organ, an octet of balalaika "Vitebsk Virtuosi" and concertmaster Tatiana Shakhray. Together with other artists Oksana Novikova took part in such programs as "Five minutes in a lifetime", "You will remember me someday", "Under the sunny sky of Italy", "From Seville to Grenada", "Ah, this evening", "Romance with ..." and many others.
In 2012, Oksana Novikova celebrated a decade of her creative activity at the Philharmonic with a bright solo concert "Thank you, music, to you!". The singer prepared her next solo program "Love and a Woman's Life" in 2015 for Valentine's Day. In 2022, the artist celebrated the twentieth anniversary of her creative activity with the concert "Stage is a small Life".
A bright page of the artist's work is the children's programs "The Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and his Friends", "Porridge from the Axe", the musicals "The Golden Chicken" and "The Stories of Philotheus the Cat", as well as annual New Year's performances.
In 2007, she was awarded the award in the nomination "Best Artist of the Year". Oksana Novikova was presented with gratitude by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Belarus in Nesvizh in 2012 for her long-term and fruitful work and significant contribution to the revival and preservation of the culture of Belarus.
